House Clean Hub provides residential cleaning services in the St. Petersburg, Florida area. By booking a service, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
All bookings are subject to cleaner availability. We will make every effort to honor your requested date and time. In the event we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as indicated during checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are subject to change without notice.
For recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), your card on file will be charged at the agreed interval. You may cancel a recurring plan at any time with at least 24 hours' notice before your next scheduled service.
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time. If our cleaners are unable to access the property, it may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.
Please inform us of any pets, allergies, or special conditions at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Our cleaners reserve the right to decline to enter a space they deem unsafe.
We take great care in your home. In the unlikely event that damage occurs, please notify us within 24 hours of your service. We are insured and will work with you to resolve any legitimate claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of exceptional value not disclosed before service, or damage caused by normal wear and tear.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge, subject to availability.
We collect your contact and booking information solely to provide our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required to process payments or comply with applicable law.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from House Clean Hub regarding your appointment, including booking confirmations, reminders, and updates. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
